Since the first day that you appeared at 40 Gold Street, you made a profound difference.  Until then, the project had been languishing.  You were able to navigate all of the obstacles we faced, and push straight through, knocking them off one at a time.  We really appreciate the spirit and devotion with which you took this on, your straight forwardness and honesty and your getting us through to the point where we got the TCO.  It really has been a pleasure working with you so far, and we look forward to you being there with us when the entire project is complete.
