Any Owner or potential owner ready to purchase build or renovate a structure or facility confronting complex issues in areas from site preparation to technology infrastructure, including builder selection to the finishing touches before opening day. Working proactively to avoid and resolve problems, WJC Services, Inc., manages the construction process on behalf of the owner and advises the owner on all pre construction and construction related aspects of the projects, which can include acquisition, planning, site preparation, design and construction.
